Hello Everyone, We are #Hiring in #Baghdad - #Iraq A well known and multi-international Shipping Company in Baghdad is looking for : 1.Outside Sales Officer (male only) Mission Develop and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Agency Business Plan Management; Sell products and services related to it, while promoting Group image and values. Job Responsibilities ➢ Identify commercial market opportunities and prospect and follow up customers in order to develop and monitor the customer’s portfolio. ➢ Sell Group products and services and Non-Maritime products (ecommerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA,…) in compliance with the pricing policy. ➢ Receive, qualify in priority customers requests and process their requests ➢ Plan and conduct commercial visit according to the commercial action plan and produce visit report ➢ Ensure follow up on her/his customers portfolio payment and contribute to recover unpaid debt ➢ Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area ➢ Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in her/his area ➢ Ensure update of commercial data in the information system Skills and Qualifications ❑ Customer knowledge ❑ Sales techniques knowledge ❑ Knowledge of commercial policy and offers ❑ Financial and economic knowledge ❑ Business intelligence ❑ Commercial action ❑ Negotiation Skills ❑ Operational marketing Skills ❑ Commercial relation ❑ Pricing& Customer service / user support ❑ Proficient in English ❑ Software / IT Applications ❑ Willing to travel inside Iraq whenever needed.
