#We’re_Hiring Hello Everyone, A multi-international Shipping Company in Baghdad- Iraq is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the following position: Position Title: Cargo Readiness Officer Type of contract: Permanent / Full time Department: Customer Care Mission Develop and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Agency Business Plan Management; Sell products and services related to it, while promoting Group image and values. Job Responsibilities ➢ Identify commercial market opportunities and prospect and follow up customers in order to develop and monitor the customer’s portfolio ➢ Sell Group products and services and Non-Maritime products (ecommerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA,…) in compliance with the pricing policy ➢ Receive, qualify in priority customers’ requests and process their requests ➢ Plan and conduct commercial visit according to the commercial action plan and produce visit report ➢ Ensure follow up on her/his customers portfolio payment and contribute to recover unpaid debt ➢ Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area ➢ Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in her/his area ➢ Ensure update of commercial data in the information system Skills and Qualifications ❑ Customer knowledge ❑ Commercial action ❑ Negotiation Skills ❑ Commercial relation ❑ Customer service / user support ❑ Proficiency in English ❑ Software / IT Applications Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CVs to [email protected] with mention to job application in the subject line.
