Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Social Media Location: Erbil, Iraq Company: Laith Al Obaidi Group Cars Company Job Overview: Laith Al Obaidi Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across our social channels. The ideal candidate is well-versed in social media trends, has experience in content creation, and can analyze campaign results to continually improve our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy Development: o Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. o Identify target audience personas and tailor content to engage them effectively. 2. Content Creation and Management: o Develop, schedule, and publish content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. o Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality visuals and videos. 3. Campaign Management: o Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement. o Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies as needed. 4. Engagement and Community Management: o Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a positive community presence. o Track feedback and work with relevant teams to address any customer concerns. 5. Analytics and Reporting: o Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess social media effectiveness. o Provide insights and suggestions for improvement based on data. 6. Trend Monitoring: o Stay updated on social media trends, new features, and industry best practices. o Proactively bring new ideas and creative concepts to the team. Qualifications: • Nationality: Kurdish. • Languages: Must be fluent in Kurdish, with proficiency in Arabic and English as an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. • Strong writing and editing skills for social media content. • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). • Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships. • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
