تعلن صيدلية حيا (فرع المنصور) عن فتح باب التوظيف! المسمى الوظيفي: موظفة خدمة عملاء (Customer Service) الهدف من الوظيفة: تقديم الدعم الاستثنائي لعملائنا، الرد على الاستفسارات، وضمان حصول كل مراجع على تجربة طبية مريحة ومهنية. 📍 المهام والمسؤوليات: الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية واستفسارات العملاء بمهنية وسرعة. إدارة حجوزات المواعيد وتنسيقها مع الأقسام الطبية المختلفة داخل الصيدلية. استقبال المراجعين وتوجيههم داخل الصيدلية. التعامل مع الشكاوى والملاحظات وحلها بفعالية لضمان رضا العملاء. تحديث بيانات المرضى على الأنظمة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالصيدلية. ✅ المتطلبات والشروط: حاصلة على شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم (يفضل في تخصص ذي صلة). خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء. لباقة في الحديث ومهارات تواصل واقناع عالية. إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي . القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق وتحمل ضغط العمل. مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية. طريقة التقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع كتابة “ كول سنتر" في موضوع الإيميل إلى: [email protected] أو إرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر الواتساب على الرقم: 07835790021 نتطلع للتواصل مع الكفاءات المميزة
