#تكنكل_سبورت We Are hiring!! The FiberX iq looking for a Call Center Tech. Support Summary Customer service tech support give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. We are looking for Energetic, dynamic employee who will be a part of our fast-growing family. Responsibilities and Qualifications: • Responsible for managing technical issues or requests routed from customers ensuring impartial investigation of all customer complaints. • Ensuring ticket is followed up and feedback is provided to the customer on timely basis meeting SLAs of the company. • Learn thoroughly the specs of the company network, equipment, services and troubleshoot system related issues. • Perform network monitoring, service availability and outages report. • Follow standard procedures for proper documentation, reporting and escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. • Ensure proper recording, outages reports and closure of all tickets. • Liaise with Tech and OSP teams to resolve customer and service issues. • Work on a rotation basis. Requirements: • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. • Familiarity with CRM systems, PRTG, monitoring tools. • Excellent communications skills. • BSC computer science, telecommunication, electrical engineering or any related study, MTCNA, CCNA certificate preferred. • Minimum of 1 year of telecommunications customer service/ technical support experience.
