We Are hiring!! The Fiber X iq is looking for a Billing #System_Administrator Responsibilities: •Perform users activation, and credits control on billing software. •Manage user provisioning on optical network access devices. •Work closely with sales, tech, finance and other teams, to ensuring proper users activation and accurate billing information. •Maintain subscribers database and related info on CRM system. •Generate daily report on user growth and activation performance. •Provide after-hours, overnight, and weekend on-call support of the 24/7 provisioning system Requirements: •Bachelor of Science in Computer Software/Telecom/Electrical Engineering or any tech related. •Familiarity with CRM and billing software . •Excellent communications skills. •Familiarity with Linux, windows and virtualization .
