Billing System Administrator Responsibilities • Manage day to day user activation, renewal and credits control on billing software. • Manage prepaid cards and invoices. • Work closely with sales, tech, and finance, to ensuring proper accurate billing information. • Maintain subscribers database and related info on CRM system. • Generate daily report on user growth and activation performance. • Provide after-hours, and on-call support of the 24/7 provisioning system. Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Computer Software/ Programming. • Familiarity with CRM and billing software . • Excellent communications skills. • Familiarity with Linux, windows and virtualization.
