The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing fleet sales opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, and organizations, while delivering customized mobility solutions and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Business Administration. • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Sales field (preferably in automotive or fleet sales). • Advanced level in English language (spoken and written). • Strong computer skills and CRM familiarity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Customer-focused mindset with high service orientation. • Effective time management and organizational skills. • Adaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities. • Willingness to travel as required. • Valid driver’s license is required. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and research potential fleet customers including businesses, government agencies, rental companies, and other organizations. • Generate leads through proactive outreach such as cold calling, networking, and market engagement. • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable fleet solutions. • Present Lexus fleet vehicles, features, and benefits with strong product knowledge. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals, pricing structures, and business solutions. • Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, financing options, and delivery schedules with clients. • Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, inventory, and service to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and aftersales support. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system. • Provide ongoing account support and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to support strategic sales planning.
