Seeking an experienced senior sales executive for an insurance firm in Baghdad or Basra. Responsible for selling insurance policies and maintaining client relationships.
Company Description Our client has an insurance company requested the following positions. Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Company: Insurance Company in Baghdad Location: Baghdad or Basra Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Baghdad & Basra. Nationality: Local Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Sales · Promote and sell insurance products to customers such as marine, property, motor, medical insurance... · Looking for new business opportunities through various sources such as visits, calls, emails, networking... · Make presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. · Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest add-ons or new policies to better suit their needs. 2. Relationship · Building Strong Client Relationships: Make friends with clients by talking to them, understanding what they need, and being reliable. · Client Engagement and Follow-Up: Keep in touch with clients regularly, answer their questions quickly, and check if they need anything. · Retention and Renewals: Keep in touch with clients to remind them when it's time to renew their insurance and help them decide what's best for them. Underwriting and customer service... · Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts. Requirements 1. Education & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field. · Proven work experience as a Sales Executive · Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools · Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. 2. Skills · Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Ability to analyze client information and provide appropriate recommendations. · Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications Proven track record in sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
