(Owner of Cinderella Restaurants & Lahn Cafés) Asr Al-Sharq is seeking an experienced HR Developer to join its team and lead the development of HR systems, policies, and frameworks in line with best-in-class organizational practices to support operational growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Design and enhance HR policies and procedures aligned with business strategy. Develop and optimize recruitment, performance management, training, and talent development systems. Establish and monitor HR KPIs and provide analytical reports to senior management. Automate HR processes and improve employee experience through digital solutions. Analyze organizational data and propose development initiatives based on insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR development or human capital development. Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, and HR KPIs. Proficiency in HRMS platforms and advanced Excel.
