ARM (Assistant Relations Manager) Vacancy / Baghdad Branch. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is hiring ARM. Location: Baghdad Branch. Nationality: Iraqi Education: Economics, financial, business administration, accounting, financial and banking sciences, statistics. Language: Fluent English & Arabic. Experience: Fresh graduates, preferred American university. Main responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic implementation plan to achieve the individual goals in terms of financials, customers, people and related process. • Call on customers as per mandated call program (minimum at least once per quarter). • Documents and lodge call memos on standard format documenting key areas including but not limited to: • Client’s current performance, financial or otherwise. • Local, regional and/or global economic changes affecting the customers and how they are mitigating it • Opportunities to originate new or incremental financing including cross-sell of all ADIB products and services as applicable • Conduct due diligence in preparing terms sheets including screening against approved TMs and RACs • Conduct account planning by customer/prospect group for individual portfolio of customers and prospects • Develop a robust deals in pipeline in line with overall financial objectives for assigned customers and prospects • Attend core trainings as recommended and approved by management • Ensure the maintenance of credit files as per credit policy • Ensure satisfactory internal and external audit ratings ● Ensure high Customer satisfaction for the entire customer experience with the bank as per independent survey.
