نحن نبحث عن مدير مطعم. مطعم دربونة في بغداد / ابو نؤاس يبحث عن " مدير مطعم " للأنضمام الى فريقه.. ألمهام والمسؤوليات: • إدارة العاملين في المطعم كل حسب قسمه والعمل المكلف به حسب الخطط الموضوعة من قبل الادارة والوصول إلى إعلى معايير الكفاءة. • العمل على راحة الزبائن وتوفير أعلى مقاييس الخدمة والنظر في كافة الشكاوى والآراء المقدمة من قبلهم. • التدقيق على العاملين في الفرع والتأكد بالتزامهم بالضوابط الصحية. • ارشاد وتوجيه وتثقيف العاملين في المطعم وكيفية التعامل بالمواد الغذائية. • سحب ومصادرة المواد الغذائية الغير صالحة للاستهلاك وتسجيل محضر تلف بحسب النماذج. • تدريب الموظفين على كيفية زيادة المبيعات Upselling.. • تحضير التقارير المطلوبة للمالية. المعارف والمهارات الاساسية المطلوبة : ● مهارة ادارة فريق العمل. ● التخطيط الفعال. ● القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط. ● القدرة على مواجهة المواقف الحرجة بحكمة. الراتب يبدأ من 1,000,000 د.ع – 1,400,000 د.ع طريقة التقديم : يرجى ارسال معلوماتك عبر الوتساب الى الرقم 07845500111 مع ذكر اسم الوظيفة .
