Job Opportunity: #Marketing_Manager – Super Chicken Restaurant Chain Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies. The role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing plans to enhance product visibility and increase sales, with a strong focus on brand building and positioning. This position requires strong analytical skills to understand market trends and competition, along with the ability to lead a marketing team and achieve clear objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective marketing plans to achieve sales and growth targets. Strengthen and enhance the company’s brand identity and product positioning. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and develop strategic responses. Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. Use analytics to understand customer behavior and measure marketing campaign performance. Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize resource utilization. Required Qualifications: Open to both male and female candidates. Age: 30 to 40 years. Must own a transportation vehicle. Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing management. Extensive experience in developing marketing strategies, preferably in the food industry. Strong ability to manage and guide a marketing team to achieve results. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong communication skills to manage client and partner relationships. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and the latest marketing technologies. Proven ability in business relationship management and negotiation.
