Job Vacancy: Measurement & Evaluation Manager Company: Al-Sanobar Job Description: Al-Sanobar company is looking for a Measurement & Evaluation Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive measurement and evaluation strategies to assess performance, ensure quality improvement, and enhance efficiency across all programs and processes. Key Responsibilities: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees, products, and processes. Analyze performance results and provide recommendations for improvement. Collect and analyze quality-related data and prepare periodic reports for management. Review departmental plans to ensure quality objectives are met. Analyze complaints, provide corrective actions and recommendations, and follow up on implementation. Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of existing plans. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, provide recommendations, and ensure implementation. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, provide recommendations, and ensure implementation. Activate internal auditing to ensure compliance with standards and policies. Deliver workshops and training programs to enhance quality culture within the company. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies based on measurement and evaluation results. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Quality Management. Certification in ISO 22000 & 9001 Six Sigma Certification. Certifications in Data Analysis & Statistics (CDA). Training in Risk Management & Internal Auditing Techniques. Proficiency in Statistical Analysis Tools (MINITAB & SPSS). Courses in Change & Quality Culture and Continuous Improvement Methodologies. How to Apply: Please send your resume to [email protected]
