The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales management and be willing to travel regularly between both cities. This role is critical in driving sales performance, managing multi-territory operations, and ensuring effective execution across all channels. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead and manage sales and distribution operations across Erbil and Dohuk • Develop and implement sales strategies, execution plans, and channel strategies • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and territory growth • Support and coach sales teams to achieve targets and improve performance • Travel regularly between Erbil and Dohuk to oversee operations and support teams **Requirements** • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) • 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role in FMCG • Proven experience managing multi-territory sales and distribution • Strong knowledge of sales execution models and channel strategies • Fluency in **Kurdish, Arabic, and English** • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills **How to Apply** If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to drive Al-Hayat Pepsi’s regional sales growth, please send your CV to: 📧 **[email protected]**
