Huawei Iraq Job Vacancies Announcement; Site Engineer Work Location: Baghdad Nationality: Iraqi [Responsibilities] We are looking for experienced Site Engineer who understand project progress, communication, quality, subcontracting management, plan control methods and product domain knowledge of the project. Main responsibilities: 1. Being in charge of site solution for telecommunication base site; reviewing the design drawings of Telecommunication base sites which partners submit, and confirming with the site survey engineers and design engineers of partners. 2. Update site design drawings to actual construction situation 3. Create site surveys, site survey reporting and detailed design based on site survey 4. Sign acceptance docs in cooperation with customer. 5. Prepare necessary documents for sites. 6. Check whether the partners build the sites according to design drawing, including the quality of site construction which partners build. • [Skill Requirements] 1. Knowledge: Have a good command of telecom basic knowledge in related scenarios. Basic knowledge of the engineering delivery quality management system and project management; Be familiar with Huawei's LTC, MCE, PMP, and SD process skills: Be familiar with the QEHS system standards, be familiar with or have participated in project implementation and on-site operations, and be proficient in using Huawei's IT tools. 2. Good communication and coordination, execution, learning, and subcontractor management capabilities 3. Have reasonable EHS management experience. 4. Have a strong sense of process compliance, adhere to principles, and do not cover it up. 5. be sharp and good at finding problems, and be able to solve problems using professional quality methods and tools.
