**مطلوب مهندس مدني (مدير موقع)** تعلن **شركة تركية** عاملة في مجال الإنشاءات عن حاجتها إلى **مهندس مدني بمنصب مدير موقع** للعمل في **بغداد – العراق**. **المهام والمسؤوليات:** • متابعة أعمال مهندسي الموقع والإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال اليومية. • الإشراف المباشر على كوادر الشركة في الموقع وتنظيم سير العمل. • متابعة حسابات الموقع والصرفيات وإعداد التقارير المالية. • عقد اجتماعات دورية مع الجهة المستفيدة ومتابعة متطلبات المشروع. • إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية عن تقدم العمل. • ضمان الالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات الفنية والبرنامج الزمني. • حصر كميات الأعمال (خرسانة، بلوك، تشطيبات وغيرها). • إعداد **BOQ** وجداول الكميات. • متابعة الكلف والتكاليف والصرفيات. • إعداد المستخلصات والتسعير. • مقارنة الأسعار وإدارة أوامر التغيير (**Variation Orders**). **المتطلبات:** • بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية. • خبرة لا تقل عن **10 سنوات** في المشاريع الإنشائية. • يُفضل أن يكون المتقدم **من الجنسية الأجنبية** وموجود داخل العراق. • خبرة قوية في إدارة المواقع والكوادر. • القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل واتخاذ القرار. **نظام العمل :** • الدوام: **6 أيام في الأسبوع (عدا يوم الجمعة)**. • ساعات العمل: **10 ساعات يوميًا**. • يتوفر **سكن مؤمَّن من الشركة**. • تتوفر **وسيلة نقل للجنسيات الاجنبيه**. • **راتب **يُحدد بعد المقابلة للتقديم ارسال السيره الذاتيه على الاميل ادناه [email protected]
