Call Center Supervisor (2 Positions) Super Chicken Restaurant Chain is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the following position: Call Center Supervisor (2 Vacancies) Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the call center team and follow up on their daily performance at the assigned locations. Ensure high-quality order handling with accuracy and speed. Review and monitor service quality through call and chat evaluations to ensure adherence to customer service standards. Train and guide new call center staff on work procedures and professional communication tone. Follow up on customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate urgent cases to management when needed. Prepare the required reports requested by management. Monitor the achievement of call center performance targets according to set plans. Supervise coordination between the call center team and branches to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare weekly KPI reports, including: * Response time * Order closure rate * Customer satisfaction levels * Team commitment and performance quality Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center supervision or customer service. Excellent communication skills and strong team management abilities. Proficiency in order management systems and CRM programs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
