Job Title: IT Specialist Reporting To: Chief Digital Officer Company: Zain Al-Mansour for General Trading Location: Baghdad – Al-Zaafaraniya We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive IT Specialist to join our Digital Department and support company-wide IT operations, systems, and technical processes. Requirements: 1 - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field 2 - Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support / systems administration 3 - Strong troubleshooting skills (network, systems, hardware, software) 4 - Experience with Sales & Distribution systems is an added advantage 5 - Good communication skills in English (written & verbal) Key Responsibilities: 1 - Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for IT systems and business applications 2 - Troubleshoot system, network, hardware, and software issues efficiently 3 - Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices 4 - Maintain IT asset inventory and support procurement processes 5 - Support system upgrades, testing, and technical documentation Working Conditions: 1 - Working Days: 6 days/week 2 - Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM To Apply: Please send your CV/Resume to: [email protected] Kindly mention IT Specialist in the subject line.
