𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗛𝗥 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 Alriyad Group is looking for an HR Supervisor to support our HR operations and employee relations. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Baghdad-Al Karrada 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Sat-Thu (8:00-4:30) 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: The salary starts from 1,800,000 IQD and goes up to 3,000,000 IQD (based on experience) 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ▪️ Assist in HR planning, budgeting, and policy development. ▪️ Act as a bridge between employees and the HR department. ▪️ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs. ▪️ Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records. ▪️ Handle the social security process and coordinate related visits. ▪️ Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. ▪️ Handle performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions. ▪️ Stay updated on HR trends and recommend improvements. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: ▪️ 𝗛𝗥 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Payroll, recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, and social security processes. ▪️ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 5+ years in HR roles (supervisory experience preferred) ▪️ 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree (HR certification preferred). ▪️ 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 & 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Office proficiency, and intermediate English. ▪️ 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
