Sumer Hills for Investments and real estate development is looking to Hire. Job Position: Civil Construction Manager. Location: Baghdad - Airport Street (AUIB Project). Requirements: · degree in Civil Engineering; MSc is a plus · 7-15 years of experience in Construction projects. · directly oversee and manage construction workers and subcontractors · Hands-on experience using designs software · Abroad Experience will be preferable. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to problem-solve. · Microsoft Office. · Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff. · Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones · Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales. · Working in an office and on a construction site.
