Sama Alfayhaa Pharmaceutical Industries Would like to announce the opening of Job Vacancy HR Supervisor Responsible for: 1-Recruitment selection: - Supporting all recruitment efforts through all grades, White and blue collars and attract suitable candidates fitting with company culture and business needs. - Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talent. OD and Performance Metrics: - Assist in restructuring the performance evaluation system and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), this will involve conducting JAs and JDs. - Create job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs. - Formulate & update organizational charts. - Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, career development, and succession planning. 2-Training and Development: - Help on overseeing employee training and development programs. - Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals. 3-Compensation and Benefits: - Assist in developing and maintaining structured pay schemes and benefits programs. -Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, compliance with local regulations, and maintaining records of employee compensation. Educational Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
