NASS AL-Iraq Holding Group- BEC is hiring a #Training_And #Development_Coordinator Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Hours: 48 hours per week ( From Saturday to Thursday ) Job Type: Full Time Department: HR Reporting To: HR Manager Range Salary: Based On Salary Scale Job Summary : Responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs that support employee growth, improve performance, and align with organizational goals. This role involves assessing training needs, developing educational materials, and measuring the impact of training initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Relevant certification or training would be a plus Experience with reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI) for generating reports and visualizing training outcomes. Ability to analyze training data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Skills in developing e-learning modules, online courses, and digital training materials. Familiarity with virtual classroom and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) for live training sessions. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project) to plan, execute, and track training projects. Skills in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for training initiatives.
