📢 Job Vacancy: Scrum Master Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Al-Saydiya – Al-Khaizran Street Company: Ta3leem Key Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate across multiple functional teams working on university subsystems (e.g., Student Information, HR, Exams, Learning Management). Work closely with product owners to maintain and refine the backlog. Remove team impediments and foster a self-organizing Agile environment. Track progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and share updates with stakeholders. Ensure delivery meets project objectives, deadlines, and compliance requirements. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I). Prior experience with IT systems is highly preferred. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
