We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Team leader in one of the FTTH projects under Tashgheel company. Description Fiber Optic configuration team leader Leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Team leader links the work of all splicers and helper splicers to the Site Supervisor, Splicing Team Leader is responsible for the Splicing Team result. Requirements In this role, will support a variety of project teams with data management, analytical tasks and mapping for projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include: 1- Technical Site Survey 2- Installation of fiber 3- Installation of new cable lines. 4- Testing using a variety of equipment and recording results 5- Following specific workmanship instructions, multitasking 6- Must be receptive to changing priorities Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal 7- Cutting and splicing for fiber optics cables 8- Using OTDR to locate faults and measure the distance of cables 9- Preparing OTDR Test results 10- Preparing material require list for installation (Pole, FAT, Closure, Mini Closure,FDT Box and Active Site) 11- Leading and communicate clear information to team members 12- Provides assistance to co-workers in specific situations 13- Give new team members training 14- Basic technical knowledge of power equipment Education: • BSc. in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Telecom Engineering or related. Years of Experience: • A minimum of 1 Year experience in the technical field. knowledge: • Knowledge working on network equipment in an ISP environment. • Understanding and basic command of CAD tools, reading work prints, network designs, fault diagnosis tools, communication systems and tools, catalogues, training material • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken. • Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
