هەلی کار لە کۆمپانیای PEPSI **Position – Budget Controller** **Department:** Finance | **Location:** Al-Hayat Pepsi Erbil | **Experience:** Minimum 5 years | **Reports To:** Finance Director **Job Purpose:** Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and control of the company budget. Support financial decision-making by preparing accurate budget reports, analyzing variances, and ensuring all departments operate within approved financial limits. **Key Responsibilities:** • Assist in preparing the annual budget and consolidating departmental input. • Develop budget templates, guidelines, and schedules. • Monitor spending versus approved budgets monthly and quarterly. • Analyze variances and report deviations to the Finance Director. • Ensure expenditures comply with policies and approved limits. • Review all budget-related requests (PRs, POs, expenses) before approval. • Prepare monthly/quarterly budget performance reports and provide recommendations. • Support forecasting based on historical data and business trends. • Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements. • Coordinate with all departments to ensure accurate and timely budget updates. **Qualifications & Skills:** • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in budgeting or financial analysis (FMCG preferred). • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience. • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills; high attention to detail. **Application Deadline:** December 15 **Send CV to:** [email protected]
