ACCOUNTATNT opportunity in Karbala, Iraq Al- Ghadeer Real Estate Main Duties Include • Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Financial Reports • Preparation and reconciliation of Budgets and Capital Reserve Accounts • Prepare statements, schedules and reporting for audits and tax purposes • Assist the Controller and Director of Finance on cash management reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Create detailed journal entries and post them to track all income statements and expenses • Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate • Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly • Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary • Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time • Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings • Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in accounting or real estate accounting. • Experience in real estate industry preferred • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as SAP, Quickbooks, and AlAmeen • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must How to apply : Please build an exceptional candidate profile on www.employiq.net and apply through the (jobs) button OR send your CV on ( [email protected] ) titling your email with ( ACCOUNTATNT- EmployIQ ) Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.                                                    #كربلاء
