GWM Haval Iraq is looking for a Showroom Sales Supervisor ! Location - Baghdad Responsibilities: - Work with delegates to achieve daily and monthly sales goals. - Follow up and send performance scale reports to delegates, which are formulated by the sales manager. - Continue to educate and train the delegate through workshops set by the sales department, as well as training them on new offers that facilitate sales. - Paying attention to the cleanliness and arrangement of the exhibition in coordination with the administration department. - Commitment to applying the evaluation mechanism in guiding the delegate and obligating the work rules inside the exhibition, and submitting reports on the delegate who violates the terms of the work rules inside the exhibition. - Submitting exhibition requests, which include lack of equipment and maintenance, to the relevant departments, according to agreed worksheets and procedures. - Submit reports on customer requests to the branch management - Solve the problems of the delegates in the sales process and with customers. - Giving suggestions, ideas and observations that would raise the percentage of sales. - Submitting detailed reports on the damaged cars in the exhibition for the purpose of repairing them.
