Rowad ALHelool company is looking for a talented (Project Manager) resbonsible for:- * planning, * organizing * overseeing projects from start to finish * ensuring that they are completed within the specified time frame * Budget * scope Here are some common responsibilities and duties associated with the role of a project manager 1. knowlage about (Gera system is required) 2. Defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 3. Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. 4. Creating and managing project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying and resolving project issues and risks. 5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. 6. Communicating project status, updates, and progress reports to stakeholders. 7. Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other project-related artifacts. 8. Managing project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors. 9. Facilitating project meetings, including kickoff, status, and post-mortem meetings. 10. Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. 11. Managing project changes, scope creep, and conflicts. 12. Ensuring project deliverables meet legal and regulatory requirements. 13. Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members. To be an effective project manager, you should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You should also be familiar with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK.
