طلب نشر We are hiring in one of our companies in Iraq Back Office Support Area: Baghdad. Gender: Female. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering or any related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience Duties and responsibilities: 1. Provide IT Assistance services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations in the ICT department. 2. Perform admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies. 3. Assist and coordinate with the team. 4. Innovative and proactive with a positive mindset. 5. Contact for Supply Chain & Logistics department for all requests and new needs. 6. work under pressure with a tight schedule and evolving priorities 7. Process Division receipts, invoices, and bills. 8. Organize staff meetings and update calendars for tender closing. 9. Support the management team and Work as part of a team. 10. Working on CRM platforms. 11. Prepare letters with High-level written and verbal communication with customers and vendors. 12. Doing market research techniques. 13. Carry out various assignments assigned by the direct supervisor. Skills and competencies: 1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite. 2. Good knowledge of English both written and spoken. 4. Good communication skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
