**📢 Job Vacancy – Service Engineer (Field Service Technician)** **Company:** URUK **Department:** Digital Transformation **Branch:** Erbil **📌 Job Summary** The Service Engineer (Field Service Technician) will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing multifunction printers (MFPs), copiers, scanners, software, and related print solutions at customer sites. The role ensures efficient resolution of technical issues, high customer satisfaction, and minimal equipment downtime. **🎯 Key Responsibilities** Install, troubleshoot, and repair printers and multifunction devices at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per scheduled plans. Diagnose technical issues accurately and close service tickets on time. Replace defective parts and report recurring failures. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status and resolution timelines. Provide basic operational guidance to end users. Ensure clean installation, full testing, and proper handover. Follow safety standards, company policies, and site regulations. Coordinate with team members for urgent service calls. Attend team meetings, technical briefings, and training sessions. **🎓 Qualifications & Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Field of Study:** Computer Science, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of relevant field service or technical experience. **🛠 Skills & Competencies** Strong communication and customer interaction skills. Ability to manage multiple service calls daily. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi setup). Strong mechanics/electronics knowledge (gears, motors, sensors, wiring). Familiarity with Windows and macOS. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
