Call center agent needed with English skills and experience in insurance. Salary 650,000 IQD; after three months, 750,000 IQD.

🚺🚺 مطلوب موظفة 🚺🚺 – موظفة كول سنتر (Call Center) تعلن شركة الأندلس للتأمين الدولي عن حاجتها إلى موظفة كول سنتر للانضمام إلى فريق خدمة العملاء. 💼 المهام والمسؤوليات: استقبال المكالمات والرد على استفسارات العملاء حول وثائق التأمين (صحي – مركبات – ممتلكات – سفر... إلخ). تسجيل البلاغات والمكالمات في النظام الإلكتروني (CRM أو Excel). متابعة الطلبات السابقة وتزويد العملاء بالتحديثات. إجراء مكالمات صادرة لتذكير العملاء بمواعيد التجديد أو استكمال النواقص. التعامل مع الشكاوى باحترافية ورفع الحالات الحساسة للمشرف. 🕒 فترة العمل: من الساعة 8:00 صباحًا إلى 3:30 مساءً. 💰 الراتب: عند التعيين: 650,000 دينار عراقي. بعد التثبيت (3 أشهر): 750,000 دينار عراقي. 🧩 الشروط والمؤهلات: أن تكون المتقدمة أنثى. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة) شرط أساسي — يُهمَل أي طلب لا يستوفي هذا الشرط مباشرة. اللباقة والقدرة على التواصل مع مختلف العملاء. تحمل ضغط العمل والانضباط في الأداء. يفضل من لديها خبرة في مجال التأمين أو خدمة العملاء. 📍 مكان العمل: العرصات – مجاور مصرف التنمية (شركة الأندلس للتأمين الدولي) 📞 التقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر واتساب على الرقم: 07880007807 📌 مع ذكر (كول سنتر) في بداية الرسالة.
