Job Vacancy: Store Manager Al-Taawon Company is pleased to announce the availability of a vacancy for the position of Store Manager within the Operations Department to lead one of our branches and ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies. • Manage, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance and customer service standards. • Monitor inventory levels, ensure product availability, and coordinate stock replenishment. • Achieve sales targets and improve store performance through effective planning and execution. • Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction. • Manage store merchandising, cleanliness, and visual display standards. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance. • Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure store safety and security. • Coordinate with the HR, Finance, and Supply Chain departments when needed. • Participate in recruiting new store staff and conducting performance evaluations. ⸻ Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in retail, including 2 years of experience within hypermarket concept. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage staff and drive sales performance. • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills. • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. ⸻ How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to ([email protected]) with the subject line: Store Manager
