𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Operations & QHSE Roles 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: Antonoil – A Leading International Oilfield Services Provider 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Iraq (Basra & Field Sites) 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Iraqi Nationals Only Antonoil is seeking experienced professionals to strengthen its Operations & QHSE leadership team in Iraq. Candidates must have strong oilfield backgrounds, solid leadership, and proven expertise in managing operations and HSE systems under international and local standards. ________ 1. Operations & QHSE Dept. Manager • 7+ years in Operations & QHSE management, preferably with SLB, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, or Weatherford. • Strong operational background (field ops, rig site, department leadership). • NEBOSH (or IOSH/OSHA/ISO 45001 equivalent). • Skilled in bridging QHSE systems, audits, PQs, and compliance. • Familiar with Iraq clients (BOC, MOC, LUKOIL, CNPC, etc.) is a plus. ________ 2. Operations & QHSE Supervisor – Drilling & Downhole • 3+ years in drilling/downhole services operations. • Field supervisor/site-in-charge background. • NEBOSH or equivalent. • Strong field coordination, reporting, and client interface skills. • Knowledge of Iraq client standards preferred. ________ 3. Operations & QHSE Supervisor – Oilfield Management • 3+ years in oilfield management supervision. • Rig site/field coordination, multi-site leadership. • NEBOSH or equivalent. • Hands-on with workforce supervision, client liaison, and incident reporting. ________ 4. QHSE System Supervisor • 3+ years in QHSE systems, preferably with top-tier OFS companies. • NEBOSH or equivalent; ISO standards knowledge (9001/14001/45001). • Strong documentation, PQ/bid support, audit readiness, and system integration. • Experience in training delivery & promoting HSE culture. ________ 𝗧𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: Send your CV to: [email protected] Please mention the position you are applying for in the subject line.
