The ideal candidate will assist users by resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT-related processes. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, as well as providing timely and effective solutions to meet users’ needs, provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will address software-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers can fully leverage our software solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction and software performance.
