Al Fakher is Hiring! Job Title: Sales Marketing Supervisor. Area: Karbala, Najaf, Hillah Responsibilities - Making sure that displays are in good condition and have been updated with new merchandise as needed. - Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that products are stocked and shipped on time. - Monitoring sales data to determine which products are selling well and which need to be restocked or removed from the shelves. - Ensuring that product prices are clearly marked and that items are properly displayed. - Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising salesclerks to ensure that store operations run smoothly. - Coordinating with designers and other members of the design team to create displays that attract customers’ attention to specific products or promotions. - Overseeing the activities of employees who work on the sales floor, such as cashiers and customer service representatives. - Determining what merchandise should be placed on shelves based on seasonality, trends in the industry, and customer demand for certain products. - Scheduling employees’ work hours to ensure optimal coverage during busy shopping periods. Qualifications: - Three years of experience in the FMCG industry, at least a year's experience as a supervisor. and a diploma or degree in sales management, business management, or a similar field. - Having the ability to travel everywhere the mission required in other Middle Euphrates locations (Karbala, Najaf, Hillah) - Excellent coaching, people management, and leadership abilities. - Possess a driver's license - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities. - Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
