The ideal candidate should have a 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 and substantial experience in warehouse management within refinery or power plant industries. This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize warehouse operations for a dynamic organization. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Manage the Warehouse Team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and despatch of goods. - Control inventory movement and coordinate with various departments for timely delivery. - Maintain effective service operations and promote best practices within the team. - Identify and address operational issues and improvement opportunities. - Plan and manage stock, incoming and outgoing goods, and storage organization. - Implement inventory control procedures and ensure safe warehouse operations. - Conduct inventory planning, management, and scheduling regularly. - Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations. - Perform other duties as assigned by senior management. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: - 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. - Experience in warehouse management, preferably in refinery or power plant settings. - Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in warehouse operations.
