IP Core Engineer required in Baghdad for network hardware testing, service management, customer support, knowledge of CCNP is required.

Monitoring and follow up the problems with NOC team Service activation and termination Receiving tickets from call center and handling the customer’s request to provide them full technical support and solve their problems. Escalate the unsolved tickets to the Higher Level Employees network hardware/software installation, performance tuning and network component integration. Performs various network health checks and verifies connectivity. Diagnose, prioritize and troubleshoot problems to ensure network service levels are met.
