Coordinate and monitor training programs in Basrah for an energy client, ensure program implementation, prepare reports.
Al Majal Human Resources is hiring a local Technical Training Coordinator for an international energy client in Basrah. Responsibilities: - Monitor and implement the training programs - Participate in trainings budget - Track training expenditures - Coordinate with external training providers for the training inside or outside the company premises - Ensure the implementation of all training programs. - Liaise with line managers for the training needs. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual training reports. - Support in the preparation and implementation of the training plans for the affiliate Qualifications: - Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry, specifically in Operation & Maintenance fields - Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills - Team player profile, organized, discreet, good analytical skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Fluency in English and Arabic is a must Interested candidates should send their CVs to: [email protected]
