Summary : Responsible for overseeing ATM operations, maintenance, and security to ensure seamless transactions and customer service. Manages cash replenishment, monitors ATM performance, handles issue resolution, and ensures compliance with banking regulations. Coordinates with vendors and implements security measures to prevent fraud. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure smooth ATM operations, uptime, and maintenance. • Manage cash replenishment and transaction reconciliation. • Implement security measures to prevent fraud and ensure compliance. • Address customer issues related to ATM transactions. • Analyze ATM performance and optimize network efficiency. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
