Zain Al-Mansour Paper Industries Company is hiring for the position of IT officer in Baghdad Qualifications • 2-3 years of working in Information Technology (IT) • College degree in Technology or relevant background • Good knowledge in SAP and ERP system • Excellent English skills • Good communication skills Your responsibilities o Ensure the functioning of all hardware (laptops, servers, desktop computers) in accordance with Company's standards o Maintain printers, digital cameras, scanners and other hardware components o Ensure smooth running of all software packages used at the companies office o Continuously update all software to the latest versions o Record updates in hard and software (inventory) o Solve hard and software related problems o Advise and train Zain Al Mansour staff in electronic data processing o Manage the overall administration of the IT system o Install and maintain a local area network (LAN) o Document installation and settings on the server and on each computer o Establish proper back-up systems and ensure system security o Periodically update anti-virus software Please send your most updated CV to [email protected] and mention IT Officer in the subject
