🚹 مطلوب مدير فرع مصرف 🚹 Misk Islamic Bank Job Title: Branch Manager Work Location: Baghdad. Job Type: Full-time Working Days: 5 days a week. Working Hours: 7 hours. Responsibility : • Manage daily branch operations, including cash management, customer service, and staff management. • Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve set targets. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. • Drive business growth by promoting bank products and services to customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance customer retention. • Prepare and manage the branch’s budget and financial performance. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. • Conduct regular audits and ensure branch security. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in banking. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of banking regulations and financial products. • Good in English .
