Job description Job Title: Sales Operations Manager Location: Baghdad / Karrada / Sinaa Street Type: Full-Time The Responsibilities: As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and improving sales processes to enhance operational efficiency Analyzing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement Collaborating with other teams including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment Managing and developing CRM systems and other tools to support the sales team Supporting the sales team with forecasting, reporting, and business planning Managing incentive programs and compensation plans to motivate the team Qualifications Required: Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field (6 years of sales experience) Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and automation tools Exceptional communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in [company's field or industry] is considered a plus Why Join Al-Tina Electronics?
