We’re Hiring | Contracts & Operations Manager | Iraq 🇮🇶 Golden Well Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contracts & Operations Manager to join our growing team supporting oil & gas, drilling, and EPC operations across Iraq. We are looking for a strong leader with extensive experience in contracts management, operations coordination, manpower services, project execution, and client relations within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage daily operational activities and project execution ✔️ Oversee contracts, commercial documentation, and client communications ✔️ Coordinate manpower mobilization, logistics, and workforce planning ✔️ Support tendering, quotations, and commercial proposals ✔️ Monitor project performance, reporting, and operational compliance ✔️ Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments ✔️ Ensure smooth project execution while protecting company commercial interests Requirements: ▪️ Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas, drilling, manpower, or EPC projects ▪️ Strong operational and contractual management background ▪️ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills ▪️ Experience working with international oilfield companies is highly preferred ▪️ English required | Arabic preferred 📍 Location: Iraq 📩 Interested candidates may send their CVs to: [email protected] Join a growing company delivering professional oilfield and EPC solutions across Iraq’s energy sector.
