Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Erbil. This is a full-time role involving both office-based work and on-site project support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, system programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure systems are properly installed, configured, and operating at optimal performance. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for installed systems and ongoing projects • Program, configure, and commission building automation and smart systems • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently • Coordinate with clients to understand and address their system requirements • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution • Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting practices • Experience in customer support and client interaction • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment • Familiarity with building automation and smart home systems is an advantage Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages are a plus.
