Marketing Coordinator Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Marketing Coordinator Hours: 8 Working Hours - 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region- Iraq Duties and responsibilities: • Act as the operational coordinator of the Marketing Department, ensuring smooth planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting of all marketing activities. • Collect, organize, and evaluate marketing requests coming from all companies and departments. • In the absence of the Marketing Manager, formally receive requests on behalf of the Marketing Department by completing the Marketing Job Request / Acceptance Form. • Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to marketing team members, defining clear scopes and deadlines. • Negotiate deadlines with department managers when necessary, balancing business needs with the marketing team’s workload and capacity, based on good faith and fairness. • Monitor task progress, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of assigned works. • Prepare and share regular reports on task status, workload, and completed activities. • Support and participate in marketing planning activities together with the Marketing Manager. • Ensure marketing plans are translated into actionable tasks and properly executed by the team. • Contribute to overall marketing operations and provide hands-on support when required. • Manage and coordinate social media accounts across brands and platforms. • Plan, execute, and monitor digital paid advertising campaigns. • Produce performance reports and insights for digital campaigns. • Organize and manage lead generation activities, both in-house and through external agencies. • Coordinate and manage outsourced digital marketing services when applicable. • Coordinate and manage all marketing-related work with TIQ, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and timelines. • Act as the main operational contact point for related external partners when required. • In the absence of the Marketing Manager, attend meetings with senior management. • Follow up on directives received from senior management and ensure proper execution. • Prepare and present requested reports, summaries, and updates to management Education, Job Requirements & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. • 3-5 years’ experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role • Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written). • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing • Experience with research using data analytics software • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills • Working knowledge of design and email software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills To apply: • Interested applicants are encouraged to fill out the job application form by clicking the link below: https://forms.gle/E7wCTkv4S65s9m5t5 • Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. • Application deadline: 25/05/2026. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
