📢 We Are Hiring: Spare Parts & Inventory Specialist 🏢 Company: MTC Iraq 📍 Location: Erbil 💼 Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Spare Parts & Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing wholesale orders, and ensuring excellent service for our retail and commercial clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Inventory Management • Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain stock records of automotive spare parts using inventory systems. ✅ Order Processing • Process wholesale orders from retailers, workshops, or corporate clients. • Ensure timely packing and dispatch. ✅ Customer Support • Assist customers and partners in identifying the correct spare parts and technical requirements. ✅ Documentation • Prepare accurate invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and monitor stock levels to report shortages. ✅ Logistics Coordination • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams. • Handle returns, damaged items, and warranty claims. ✅ Store Standards • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within the warehouse/store. 💡 Required Skills & Qualifications: 🎓 Education • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 🛠 Experience • Previous experience in automotive spare parts sales or warehouse operations is highly preferred. 💻 Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of automotive parts. • Basic computer and invoicing skills. • Familiarity with inventory software is an advantage. 📌 Core Competencies • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • High attention to detail. 🚚 Physical & Logistics • Ability to lift and move heavy items when required. • Valid driving license is essential for delivery duties. 📩 How to Apply: If you meet the requirements and are ready to grow your career with a world-class automotive brand, please send your updated CV + a recent picture to: 📧 [email protected] ⚠️ Please mention “Spare Parts & Inventory Specialist” in the subject line of your email. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
