Looking for a junior Laravel developer to work on Laravel-based projects remotely, responsible for backend development, bug fixing, and collaborating with the team. Basic skills in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL required. Payment per task or project; training provided.
Junior Laravel Developer Location: Remote Work Type: Flexible / Task-based Payment: Per task or project, depending on skill level About Al-Dawama Al-Dawama is a software company based in Erbil. We build modern business systems including POS, stock management, ERP-style systems, and custom software for local businesses. We are looking for a Junior Laravel Developer who wants to improve their real-world development skills and work on actual business software projects. Responsibilities Work on Laravel-based projects Build and update backend features Create or update Blade views Work with MySQL databases Fix bugs and improve existing modules Follow clean code and project structure Work with Git and GitHub Communicate clearly about task progress Requirements Basic knowledge of PHP Basic knowledge of Laravel Basic knowledge of MySQL Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiar with Git/GitHub Willing to learn and accept feedback Able to complete tasks responsibly Nice to Have Experience with Laravel Blade Experience with Tailwind CSS Basic API knowledge Basic knowledge of authentication and roles/permissions Previous small Laravel projects Payment Model This is not a fixed monthly salary role at the beginning. Payment can be: Per completed task Per small project Training first, then paid tasks Long-term opportunity if performance is good Everything will be agreed clearly before assigning work.
