The HR and Admin Officer • Good verbal and written communication skills in Kurdish, English and Arabic. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations. • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met. • Attention to details and problem solving skills. • Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project. • Ability to coordinate and manage various project elements at a time. • Ability to work independently and as a team player. • Be a resilience, adaptability and flexibility team member. • Good planning and organizational skills. • Good knowledge and skills in administrative and HR policies and procedures.
