Job Title: Operations Assistant Location: Erbil /Arminas Boutique Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period) Working Days: 6 days per week Shifts: Day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Gender: Local - Female 🔹 Job Summary Arizanti is seeking motivated and customer-focused Operations Assistant to join a well-known luxury home brand showroom in Erbil. Candidates with relevant experience or strong potential are encouraged to apply. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Ensure the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently • Support both sales activities and overall customer experience • Manage inventory and track stock levels • Coordinate product deliveries and logistics between warehouse and customer side • Oversee order fulfillment processes • Maintain showroom organization and readiness at all times • Ensure timely product availability • Support smooth internal operations and workflow 🔹 Requirements • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience • Previous experience in data entry and system follow up • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills 📩 How to Apply Please send your CV with the job title in the subject line to: [email protected]
